After a very successful inaugural season in 2019, the Monocle Motorcycle Racing Series is returning bigger and better for the 2020 season, whilst still maintaining the platform and ethos on which it was founded.

In 2020, the Series will host two races at Red Star Raceway, two races at Phakisa Freeway (Welkom), two races at the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit, as well as one race in East London and one race in Port Elizabeth.

The Series has eight rounds of racing during the year. Riders pay a flat fee of R 1 500 per round – no matter which track is being raced – to gain entrance to both the Friday practice day and the Saturday races.

by eliminating the goal of making a profit (the Series is run by non-profit organisation Motorcycle Racing Series NPC).
